ABOUT IHS EVENTS BY LAWS PAST ACTIVITIES Idaho Horticulture Society, Inc. was formed in 2007 by a group of horticulture enthusiasts who aspire to work toward civic beautification projects and horticulture education. IHS is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) status organization and contributions made to this organization are tax deductable. IHS is an all-volunteer group, there are no paid officers or members. This web site offers information about the Society.
